Absolute frustration. They say 24 hour access and now my truck is stuck inside the gates. Message says “area closed” “no late exit” called the # and no answer after multiple attempts. Happy to change my review if the problem actually gets solved but $170 a month for no 24 hour access is a joke. It’s only 8:50pm not like it is 2 am. So happy to say the emergency line helped us out. Changed review but not sure why it is not 24 hours access.

I've been renting various sized storage units and RV parking stalls at Rhino in Dunmore on a continuous basis for the past 5 years. The storage units have always been clean, leak proof and vermin proof which is terribly important since we've had to store some of our important items and documents out there. I love the ability to access my units 24 hours a day, and their security system makes me confident that nobody will be coming or going without having the proper clearance. The facility is awesome but what stands out for me is the helpful, friendly staff! They are always willing to work with me when I needed to make changes in unit sizes or RV lots. Great facility and even greater customer service!!

Very flexible. Helped me get caught up on my payments. Waived late fees due to my illness and family emergencies and bereavement. Very caring and concerned. Always had great communication. They actually care about you and your belongings. Would recommend them to everyone.
